Prima Cotton is seeking passionate sales agents to represent our brand, specializing in high-quality, organic Egyptian cotton products for babies. Prima Cotton is a sub-brand that represents a well established brand  since 1998 and has since been dedicated to creating sustainable, organic baby products made from 100% Egyptian cotton. They emphasize ethical sourcing and fair trade, ensuring their products are made under fair and safe working conditions. Trading globally, especially in the USA & Canada offering a diverse range of products including baby clothing, accessories, toys, and home goods, all crafted to be gentle on delicate skin and environmentally friendly. The product line boasts a variety of over 100 items, designed with both quality and sustainability in mind.

  • Baby Clothing: This includes a wide variety of onesies, gowns, tops, training pants, and collections inspired by various themes such as Woodland Babies & Rainbows, Stork Homecoming, and Modern Daisy Florals.
  • Baby Accessories: Hats, bibs, booties, and other essential accessories.
  • Toddler Clothing: Tops, sleepwear, and undergarments specifically designed for toddlers.
  • Toys: A delightful assortment of organic cotton baby toys including the popular Fruit & Veggie toys, Scrappy collection, Buddy the Dog, and Waldorf inspired dolls. All toys are hand-stuffed with 100% organic cotton.
  • Home Goods: This category includes rugs, bath items, burp cloths, wipes, and nursery essentials such as blankets and sheets.

    Competitive Base Commission Rate: We offer a generous base commission rate of 10-15% on all sales, ensuring that you are well-compensated for your efforts from the very first sale. Tiered Commission Structure: To reward high performance, our commission structure includes tiered rates. The more you sell, the higher your commission rate. Bonus Incentives: We believe in recognizing outstanding performance. In addition to regular commissions, we offer quarterly and annual bonus incentives for sales agents who exceed their targets. Bonuses can be up to 5% of total sales for top performers. Exclusive Deal Commissions: For securing exclusive contracts with big retailers, department stores, or distributors, sales agents can earn an additional 3-5% commission on top of their standard rate. This incentivizes agents to pursue and secure large, lucrative deals.

  • First sale bonus

    Details of the First Sale Bonus: Bonus Amount: A one-time bonus of £100-500 (depending on the deal size) will be awarded upon the successful completion of your first sale. This bonus is in addition to the standard commission earned on the sale. Eligibility: All new sales agents who complete their first sale within the first 60 days of joining Under the Nile are eligible for this bonus. Immediate Payout: The First Sale Bonus is paid out immediately after the sale is finalized and the payment from the client is received. This ensures you quickly benefit from your hard work and early success.

    Autonomy in Sales Approach: Independence in Strategy: You have the freedom to develop and implement your own sales strategies. Whether you prefer direct sales, digital marketing, or networking events, you can choose the approach that works best for you. Creative Control: We encourage creative thinking and innovation. You have the liberty to experiment with new ideas and tactics to reach potential clients and close deals. Make sure to be clear of what support is required from our side, such as specific information, samples, swatches.

Target market

We maintain a small range of stocks locally, ideal for small retailers or small wholesalers looking to offer premium, organic Egyptian cotton baby products. This setup ensures quick and efficient supply, meeting the immediate needs of smaller businesses.

Small Retailers and Small Wholesalers:

  • Advantages: Ready availability of stock within the UK for swift delivery.
  • Suitability: Perfect for boutiques and small shops specializing in high-quality, organic baby products who want to differentiate themselves with unique and ethically produced items.

For larger deals, we are well-prepared to engage with big retailers, department stores, and distributors. These transactions will be facilitated by shipping stock directly from our manufacturer in Egypt, leveraging the advantageous tax and duty treatment of Egyptian cotton baby clothes in the UK.
