Based on the Dale of Norway values, we are looking to recruit an experienced sales agent with a strong network of connections within the cruise lines business.
Dale of Norway currently holds selected cruise clients in its portfolio, with strong sell-through and successful partnerships on both sides. We are now seeking an agent who can contribute to further growth for our brand within the cruise industry.
As the right agent, you would become part of the Dale of Norway team, consisting of individuals passionate about knitting, sewing, development, marketing, and sales, all driven by a strong commitment to Dale of Norway.

Dale of Norway has an all year collection consisting of knitted wool garments; sweaters, underwear, windproof sweaters, jackets, vests, hats, headbands, and socks.
All our categories are important for our existing cruise customers. We are particularly focused on our top 20 bestsellers, which we know have a strong sell-through within the cruise lines distribution.

Excellent commission terms
We offer an excellent commission on sales to be discussed with the right agent on application. Current customers have annual pre-orders ranging from £20,000 to £450,000. Annual re-orders from the same customers range between £7,500 and £75,000, giving an opportunity for high commission rewards for agents.
Professional training and support offered
We will provide training; both digitally and physically in the annual sales meeting taking place in Norway every mid October.
Sales and marketing support
The agent will have the opportunity to work closely together with head of sales and head of marketing in Dale of Norway and we are available to support them. The agent will be provided with everything required to present the garments to potential buyers: access to B2B portal, sales and marketing presentations, access to mediabank.
