Akrivium is a UK-based independent AI advisory firm. We help professional services firms make informed decisions about AI: where it can create value, whether they are ready to adopt it, and what practical controls they need.
We provide advisory services rather than selling software or carrying out implementation. Our founder leads the advisory work and can support sales conversations where specialist input is needed.

We offer four project-based advisory services:
• AI Value & Portfolio Review: assess existing or proposed AI initiatives and recommend what to scale, improve, pause or stop.
• AI Opportunity & Readiness Sprint: identify practical AI opportunities and assess readiness to pursue them.
• Practical AI Control Framework: establish practical governance, responsibilities and controls for AI use.
• AI Implementation Blueprint: define requirements and a practical plan before implementation begins.
These are consultancy engagements, not software subscriptions. We do not provide software development, implementation or legal advice.
We provide clear service descriptions, target-client guidance and support with understanding our advisory offers. Agents have direct access to the founder for specialist questions, proposal preparation and technical input during client discussions when needed.
Work independently and remotely, organising your own schedule and sales activity. We will agree target accounts and commercial messaging together, with regular updates to coordinate opportunities and avoid overlapping outreach.
Our initial target market is mid-sized law firms across the UK.
Relevant buyers include managing partners, compliance and risk leaders, COLPs, and senior people responsible for operations, innovation or technology.
We are looking for firms considering AI adoption, reviewing existing initiatives, or seeking clearer governance and controls. The opportunity is to sell paid advisory projects directly to these firms, rather than recruit referral partners.
We are looking for an independent, commission-only sales agent with experience selling consultancy or other high-value professional services. Existing relationships with UK law firms would be particularly valuable.
The agent should be able to identify prospects, initiate contact, qualify opportunities, lead sales conversations, follow up, negotiate and progress deals to close. This is a full-cycle role, not appointment setting alone. Our founder can join discussions when specialist input is needed.
The opportunity offers project-based advisory services, direct access to the founder and flexibility in how you organise your sales activity. We will provide service information and agree the target profile and messaging together.
Commission rates and attribution will be agreed before work begins, with payment based on client revenue actually received, excluding VAT. This is not a salaried or monthly-retainer position.
