  • Excellent commission terms

    In terms of the commission structure, it works as follows: 1. 50% of net profit when recruiter sources both client and candidate 2. 25% of the net profit when the recruiter sources clients only 3. A 10% Invoice finance fee (inclusive of candidates’ wages and associated costs) applies. You can Earn £500 per week, with zero fees. We’ll cover all your financial expenses for your business for free until your weekly profit exceeds £500.

  • Recurring commission

    Recruiters in the Blue Connect Partnership can indeed build a recurring commission structure based on their client portfolio. This model allows recruiters to earn consistent, ongoing commissions from repeat business without being limited to one-time placements. Here’s how it works: Recurring Commission Structure: • Earnings Per Placement, Not Per Client: Recruiters earn high commissions based on each successful placement, creating an opportunity for substantial income whenever they place a candidate, regardless of how often they work with the same client. This approach allows for repeated earnings with every placement made in both temporary and permanent roles.

  • Freedom & flexibility

    Remote working - no office-based role.
