Zambrew is a premium green coffee importer specialising in high-quality beans from Uganda. We manage the complete supply chain from source to UK delivery, with offices on the ground in Uganda overseeing every stage of the operation.
Our end-to-end approach ensures consistent quality and reliable supply to coffee roasters and traders across the UK. We offer flexible purchasing models to suit businesses of all sizes, from single bags to full container loads.
We are actively seeking experienced sales agents with established connections in the UK coffee industry to represent our premium Ugandan coffee range.

You will represent premium green coffee from Uganda, offering clients three distinct purchasing models to suit their business needs:
Spot Orders – Coffee already landed in the UK and ready for immediate shipment to customers
Delivered At Terminal – Complete logistics and import handling service with coffee cleared and delivered to UK terminals (minimum one container)
FOB Mombasa – Direct sourcing for importers managing their own logistics, offering better pricing for self-clearing operations
Receive up to 60% commission on profit share for the first 6 months with any new clients you bring onboard. Beyond this period, you earn fixed commission on all sales to your clients for a full 12 months.
Secure your income with a guaranteed £1,500 monthly retainer, paid in addition to your generous commission structure. This provides financial stability while you build your client portfolio.
Work entirely on your own terms with no minimum hour commitments. This role is fully remote-compatible and allows you to maintain other business interests alongside this opportunity.

You bring to this partnership:
Minimum 5 years direct green coffee sales experience in the UK market
