Job Title: Account Manager/Sales Broker
Department: Sales
Location: UK/Dublin – remote/office-based, able to travel to both locations and where clients are located
Reports to: CEO and Founder
Job Summary:
The Account Manager/Sales Broker is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The role involves acting as a liaison between clients and the company, negotiating deals, and brokering services that align with client needs. The Account Manager/Sales Broker will maintain a portfolio of accounts and work on achieving sales targets while ensuring a high standard of customer service. Proficiency in administrative tasks is essential to maintain accurate records and manage account documentation effectively.
Renumeration:
This is a contract position based on performance and earning commissions starting 15% and upwards. Based on contract volume closed, the company will seek to pay a quarterly retainer to ensure you have a stable income. Any additional bonuses would be payable at the discretion of the CEO based on performance. There is potential for this position to transition into a permanent role based on consistent performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent communication and addressing any service concerns.
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products within the assigned client portfolio, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Broker sales agreements that align with company goals and provide value to clients, ensuring win-win solutions.
• Account Reporting: Regularly report on the performance of assigned accounts, sales figures, and client satisfaction to management.
• Contract Management: Ensure all contracts and agreements are properly executed and compliant with company and client requirements.
• Problem Solving: Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and proactively provide solutions to maintain client loyalty.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform essential administrative duties, including maintaining accurate client records, updating CRM data, and managing relevant account documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Broker, or similar role in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions that add value.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office Suite, and a solid proficiency in administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in CONTRACT MANAGEMENT/INTERNATIONAL PAYROLL is a plus.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role.

The New Business Developer is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and forging partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen who can seek out, engage with, and convert potential clients into long-term partners. Proficiency in administrative tasks is essential to manage lead tracking, proposal documentation, and record-keeping efficiently.
Renumeration:
This is a contract position based on performance and earning commissions. The role includes eligibility for a Sign-Up Bonus, PRP Bonuses, and commissions on deals starting at 10% and upwards. There is potential for this position to transition into a permanent role based on consistent performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets for business development opportunities.
• Networking & Outreach: Build and maintain a network of contacts to identify new leads, generate meetings, and pitch company services/products.
• Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, business models, and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into customers and close deals.
• Market Analysis: Continuously analyze the market to identify new trends, potential client needs, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring that all leads are followed up on and that potential deals are tracked efficiently.
