Our key advantage is the ability to combine real-world filming with emerging AI workflows, helping brands and agencies create more ambitious content while improving flexibility, speed and production scalability.

• Excellent commission terms

  Agents receive 10% commission on the first project generated from a new client, with no cap on earnings. Typical project values range from approximately £2,500 to £10,000+, with larger commercial productions also possible. This means a £5,000 project generates £500 commission, while a £10,000 project generates £1,000 commission.

• Recurring commission

  In addition to the initial 10% commission, agents receive 5% commission on repeat projects from clients they introduce for the following 6 months. Our aim is to build long-term production relationships, meaning a successful introduction can generate recurring income rather than commission from only one project.

• Sales and marketing support

  Prime provides the production expertise and sales materials needed to support conversations, including our website, showreel, portfolio, service information and relevant project examples. Once an opportunity is qualified, our team can take over creative discussions, project scoping, proposals, quotations and production delivery. The agent can therefore focus primarily on introductions, relationship building and identifying opportunities.

• Freedom & flexibility

  This is a flexible, independent and results-based opportunity with no fixed working hours or minimum activity requirements. Agents are free to work remotely, use their existing networks and develop opportunities in the way that best suits their relationships and experience. There is no requirement for exclusivity during the initial partnership.
