AdzenX is a UK-based digital marketing agency specialising in helping heating, plumbing and HVAC businesses generate more installation work.
We run targeted Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns under our clients’ businesses to generate potential customers looking for boiler installations, air conditioning and heat pump installations. We then verify the enquiries and help turn them into booked appointments and surveys.
We are growing and looking for independent commission-based sales agents to help us bring more plumbing, heating and HVAC businesses on board.

Our ideal clients are small-to-medium-sized businesses looking to increase their installation volume and build a more consistent flow of work.
Ideal Profile
We’re looking for motivated sales agents who are confident speaking with business owners and ideally have existing contacts within the plumbing, heating, HVAC or wider trades industry.
This is particularly suited to people who already know plumbers, heating engineers, gas engineers, air conditioning installers, heat pump installers or trade business owners.
You’ll be selling a service designed around a clear business outcome: helping trade businesses generate more installation opportunities and grow their business.
The opportunity offers recurring commission, meaning you continue earning from clients you bring in for as long as they remain with AdzenX.
