Wycherley Academy is a UK-based professional training and consultancy provider specialising in the skills that matter most right now: digital marketing, AI, leadership, entrepreneurship, and core business skills. Every course is written and delivered to a senior academic standard, keeping the same rigour you would expect from higher education while remaining firmly grounded in practical, real-world application.
Courses are CPD-accredited and available as scheduled open programmes or as private in-house and fully bespoke training built around a specific company’s needs. The bespoke option is the most distinctive product on offer: a course scoped, written, and certified around exactly what a client’s team needs to develop, in the sector they operate in.
Wycherley Academy is actively recruiting experienced sales agents to grow its reach across the UK corporate and professional training market.

Wycherley Academy offers two categories of professional training, both CPD-accredited and both open to agents to sell.
Open Courses
Scheduled programmes that individuals, small groups, or whole teams can book onto, delivered face to face or online. Current open courses include:
Corporate and In-House Training
Companies can book an entire open course delivered privately to their team, either at their own premises or online, at a day rate. This is a straightforward route for organisations that want structured, accredited training without a lengthy development process.
Bespoke Commissioned Training
The most distinctive and highest-value product. A course is scoped and written specifically for the client, built around that company’s situation, sector, and development goals, then CPD-certified. For example, a UK beauty industry business might commission a bespoke programme in digital marketing tailored to their market. Pricing reflects the team size and scope of the work. Because the content is built to order, bespoke training is relevant to companies across any industry, meaning an agent’s existing network in any sector can open the door to this product.
Wycherley Academy's courses are written to a senior academic standard, CPD-certified, and kept current in fast-moving fields like AI and digital marketing. The bespoke offer sets it apart: every programme is scoped and built specifically for the client.
Agents earn 20% on every sale, rising to 25% for larger group bookings. With high-value corporate and bespoke programmes in the mix, a single booking can generate meaningful commission.
Every client you bring to Wycherley earns you 10% commission on their future bookings for two years. As new courses are added, there are more reasons for existing clients to return.
Agents receive a thorough briefing on the course range, pricing, and sales process, plus all materials needed to approach prospects. Wycherley manages everything after the sale, including quoting, bespoke scoping, and administration.
This is a non-exclusive arrangement with no territory restrictions. Work your own hours, alongside other commitments, and focus on the sectors and networks where you are already well connected.
The primary market is mid-size UK companies that invest in team development. Decision-makers are typically in learning and development, HR, or senior management, and training is funded from a company budget. These organisations buy in two main ways: a privately delivered version of an existing course, or a bespoke programme designed around their specific needs. Bespoke training is relevant across all industries, so contacts in any sector are worth pursuing. The most natural opening conversations tend to be around digital marketing and AI and leadership, reflecting Wycherley’s core areas of expertise.
It is worth noting that company training budgets commonly reset at the end of December and in April. These periods tend to be when training is most actively commissioned, making them prime prospecting windows.
The second group is individual professionals and smaller teams who book places on scheduled open courses, sometimes personally funded and often reimbursed by their employer. CPD certification is a genuine draw for this group: many professionals must complete a set number of CPD hours each year to maintain their professional standing, making this a recurring need rather than a single purchase.
You are an experienced sales professional with established relationships in the UK business community. Whether your network sits within HR and L&D functions, senior management, professional services, or a specific industry sector, there is a route into this opportunity for you. Because bespoke training can be commissioned by any company in any field, your existing contacts are relevant regardless of the sectors you have worked in.
Experience selling into businesses at a management or director level is a strong foundation. A background in professional services, corporate training, or B2B consultative sales will be particularly useful, though it is not essential if you can open doors to decision-makers who control training budgets.
This opportunity also suits those who prefer to work at a smaller scale. Agents can operate on an affiliate basis, selling individual places on open courses to professionals, rather than focusing exclusively on corporate accounts. You choose the scale and the approach that fits your network and your workload.
Wycherley handles all delivery, materials, booking, invoicing, and administration. You are provided with a full briefing, sales materials, a current price list, and a company email address from the outset. The arrangement is non-exclusive and flexible, so it sits comfortably alongside other lines of work or existing agency agreements.
