We are a start up company going into the health supplement industry. As we are just starting out we are obviously a small company but we believe we have a good plan in place to scale quickly and very profitably. Phase 2 we will bring in influencers to promote our product and this will help us sell direct to consumer and our profit per unit will from our website will more than 4x. Then phase 3 will be bring an agency in for social media ads and this will again boost profits. this 3 phase plan keeps our outgoings extremely low but our sales our constantly being pushed. and while we are growing through profit and having more unit to buy we will have the chosen sales person pushing in the background to our target clients.

We are starting with electrolyte powder, as it is an ever growing popular drink that is cheap and highly beneficial for daily life without that mid day slump. we have found this to be popular among the majority of sports and physical activities and hobbies but also office workers, factory workers, trades men on building sites and other professions who like to look after their health and do some sort of physical activity and in some cases dont do physical activity. This is only our first product, we want to bring another 2 powdered supplements to our site, the first will be a morning drink to help naturally boost energy in the morning and the second is a night time drink that will help put our customers in a deeper sleep so they can fully recover from their day and be more rested ready for the day after. and aswell a branded bottle.

we have found that alot people think you have to be a higher level athlete to take products like this which is why the market is saturated in gym focused products. we want target the more hobby/lifestyle people where they will train 3-5 days a week or go running, hiking on weekends or just the person who likes look after their health and or stay in shape.

Ideal Profile

the ideal candidate for us will be somebody who has experience in the sport/health supplement field, has a strong closing rate (goes without saying 😂) and as we are starting out patience as well, as we are only starting off on 600 units, but if these go fast enough the next order can be 1800 and then a 2-3 month of this we can then go to 3600 a month. a sales person who would also have any kind of feedback for us so that we can make their job easier and in turn make our company better. we want to try get our clients into 12 month contracts so that cash flow will be predictable and not up and down, with this what we are offering our chosen candidate £1 per unit for the entirety of the contract, so for example if you sell 5000 unit for us in a month you will have £5000 every month for 12 months after, regardless of what hours you work or if you decide your happy with that and want to part ways.
