  • Excellent commission terms

    Since each of our services is a high-ticket item, we will provide a 10% commission on all new appointments that lead to sale from leads we will provide. Any new leads you prospect not provided by us, that lead to sale will be 15% commission. Any sales made that you prospect from appointment to close is 15% commission. The average value is around £15,000-30,000. Base is £6,000.

  • Recurring commission

    With repeat business, you will receive a 5% commission. More often than not, after a six-month or 12-month period, there will be existing and extra business on top of the existing campaign and projects. For example, if a customer asks for revisions or a new project, however small, you will get 5%.

  • Professional training and support offered

    We have various training and support programs, including appointment scripts, objection overcome scripts, getting past the gatekeepers scripts, discovery call scripts, and closing scripts. You will also have 1-2-1's with the founder to ask questions and you will act as a difficult customer and see how objections are overcome.

  • Sales leads provided

    5 leads a day some are MAL and some MQL. Other leads are up to your own sales expertise.

  • Sales and marketing support

    We have many existing assets that we can edit for you to use for examples targeted to specific industries. To ensure we are closing business, we will create assets should you need to target a particular sector. You will be added to a CRM and given daily leads that will be sent to the decision-maker. You will send an automated email to the prospect (which, of course, you will personalise) to arm you for the call as a follow-up. If you don't get through, you need to go to the switchboard and get past the gatekeeper.

  • Exclusive sales areas

    We sell internationally, so we are not exclusive in any localised geographic sales area. we are agnostic in that we can target any business B2B or B2C. We DONOT target any marketing, web, AI, brand, PR, IT or creative agencies.

  • Freedom & flexibility

    As a company, we are very flexible. Our team works from home, and we only shoot in the studios or on location.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any good sales agent will be either a hunter or gather. Gathers tend to want warm leads (MQL or SQL) that go to sale, acting as a robot of sorts and don’t wish to put in the work. For those kinds of applicants, I would recommend that you do not apply. As we can just us AI for that!
We are looking for experienced hunters who put in the work, have cold call experience that will successfully set -up successful appointments (10% commission). Although you’ll be given leads, we expect you to prospect companies by yourself so we can gain trust in your abilities.
Once you have gained enough experience in understanding the services and products we offer on the discovery calls (appointments you will attend), you can lead the process from appointment to close (15% commission).
