Spark Outbound is a lead generation agency providing ‘pay per lead’ services to small and medium B2B-focused businesses.

We develop custom lead generation campaigns for clients that include LinkedIn, email, cold calling and digital advertising components. Our business is seeing rapid growth as the times change!

We are looking for a sales agent to come on board starting with a two day conference with our CEO in London. You keep the leads from the conference and hit the ground running!

Spark Outbound’s flexible, multi-channel suite of solutions combined with a no risk Pay Per Lead business model allows for quick closes, sometimes with only one conversation or a few messages, and as the client matures, there are multiple opportunities to up-sell or augment their agreement to increase monthly revenue.

We are also happy to start simple and grow with the client over time. We always look to form long-term relationships – WHICH MEANS LONG-TERM RESIDUAL COMMISSIONS FOR YOU!

Our Pay Per Lead services are perfect for growing B2B focused businesses.

We schedule sales calls with their ideal prospects and the client only pays for completed calls. It’s a no risk way for businesses to increase their sales activity.

Benefits

  • Excellent commission terms

    We offer 25% commission on the initial deposit each new client makes when they start a new project. E.g. a client engages us for a project with an expected £2000 total value (10 leads at 200 GBP per lead), we charge them a 50% refundable deposit up front before we start working with them. In this example, the deposit would be 1000 GBP. You will receive 25% of this deposit.

  • Recurring commission

    Ongoing, you will receive 10% of all other revenue from each client you close.

  • Sales leads provided

    We will provide all sales leads generated at the Business Revival Conference on 9-10 March as well as other UK-based leads generated from our ad campaigns, etc

  • Sales and marketing support

    We continually run a variety of lead generation campaigns. We also provide a technology suite that will provide CRM, video calls, call scheduler system and a variety of other helpful functionality. Our team also provides marketing collateral as needed.

Target market

We work with SME B2B businesses that are in a growth phase. This can include service providers or technology companies that service the B2B market. Typically, we are working with small to mid-sized businesses, but a strong focus on growth and an understanding of their metrics around cost per acquisition and client value help seal the deal.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a London-based candidate that can attend the Business Revival Conference with our CEO on 9-10 of March as the primary consideration. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to quickly come up to speed over the 2 days of the show AND will immediately receive ALL leads we generate at this show. Immediate pipeline!

Our ideal candidate will have experience selling into B2B markets and/or selling digital marketing or lead gen services. The position will primarily be remote except for the occasional event. We are also scheduled to attend another show in November 2022.

Great communication skills are key and the ability to frame the opportunity as no risk to the client using their organizational metrics will ensure quick closing timeframes.
