We’re hiring a talented communicator to close pre-qualified leads for an established Technology Consultancy in the UK. You’ll be selling a consultancy service priced between £5,000 – £15,000 GBP which gives IT Leaders everything they need to solve complex IT and transformation within their organisations.

  • Excellent commission terms

    A high conversion rate is expected since there are two downsells to the most premium package, making the average commission per sale appx. £500 GBP and max £1,500 GBP. A skilled communicator is expected to earn appx. £4,000+ per month.

  • Professional training and support

    Training for setter calls or sales scripts will be offered if you are at an earlier stage in your sales career.

  • Sales leads provided

    We have a sales pipeline and a database of over 500 potential clients. This role may suit someone with an existing network of CIOs.

  • Sales and marketing support

    We have content and lead generation support for this role

Target market

In this commission-only WFH sales role, you’ll be helping savvy global (but often UK) IT Leaders/CTOs/CIOs, to decide on transforming their organisation with the Business Technology Standard.

  • Growth mindset: you expect high-standards from yourself and always look to improve your knowledge, skills and performance
  • Professional: you understand you’ll be responsible for protecting the reputation of the brand regardless of whether or not prospects buy
  • Confident: you must be willing to challenge assumptions and have the courage to help people breakthrough any fear or procrastination stopping them from scaling up
  • Great listener: you understand you have two ears and one mouth, and you listen far more than you speak

Requirements:

  • Have access to a private and quiet location with a strong internet connection
  • Be able to work during UK business hours: part-time to start with a view to be promoted to full-time based on performance (within weeks of joining)
  • Can start immediately or within the next two weeks
  • Either currently based in the UK or have lived in the UK for at least 1 year
  • Have a long-term desire to excel in this role – not a side-hustle or to fill time between gigs.
  • Be okay with working as a self-employed commission-only contractor responsible for your own accounting
  • Have sufficient technical skills to navigate CRMs and team communication

Advantageous:

  • A successful track-record in any sales role (preferably high-ticket)
  • A background in speaking with C-Suite business leaders
