Namastay is the fruit of the common vision of four technology and hospitality entrepreneurs who want to empower hotels with the best digital tools to bring customers back to their websites.

We’ve closed 🚀 a 2.5m euros funding round 🚀 from Bpifrance, prominent angels and early stage funds, and launched our product in July 2022. The team is working hard to make Namastay an industry leader, resulting in a valuable company with a possible IPO or a successful trade sale in sight.

Target market

All kinds of hotels, from luxurious properties to more affordable ones!

Namastay has the ambition to become the preferred direct online booking method for independent hotels and hotel chains by providing a frictionless experience to guests who have taken the habit of using online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com or Expedia that charge a take rate of 18-25%.

Ideal Profile

Namastay is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its founding team 🚀🙏🏼 

We are looking for an ambitious, hunting enthusiast Sales Developer wanting to shake up the world of hospitality through technology.

MISSIONS 👨‍💻

  • Contact prospective hotels to present our solution ☎️
  • Build awareness of Namastay within the hospitality ecosystem 🏨
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams 🤝
  • Devise and implement micro strategy on pipeline segment to meet goals 🎯
  • Fill out CRM 📊
  • Collaborate with team to Improve pitch, strategy and workflows 💪
  • Establish Namastay reputation among prospects🏆

The successful candidate 🥇  will be an integral part of our sales team and will be in constant collaboration with the Head of Sales to develop your pipeline, establish a strategy and organise yourself to prospect, nurture inbound and outbound leads, advance and close deals talking to the hotel’s General Manager and IT department to achieve and surpass your monthly goals and bonuses ✅

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  🌟

  • Great academic curriculum in Business School or Marketing 🎓
  • Excellent written and oral communication 
  • Very at ease with phone calls ☎️
  • Great time management skills on a day to day and monthly basis
  • Hunter position : Go getter, persistent and goal oriented 🕵️‍♂️
  • Great analytical skills 
  • Native English speaker 🗣
