Back in 2017, before we’d even dreamt of Lily Michael, we created our first natural skincare brand, Kaneya Aesthetics & Beauty.

It all started in our kitchen when we mixed up a 100% natural stretch mark cream. This turned out to be pretty special and our love for skincare formulation was born. We retrained in skincare and haircare formulation and perfume creation. We realised we could turn this into a business. To make our name in this competitive industry, we decided to include proof of concept and created beauty services to go alongside the product formulation. We have had some challenges along the way.

And so our journey began! In 2021, we started our rebrand from Kaneya to Lily Michael.

Lily Michael Skincare allowed us to make what we love (all-natural, sustainable, vegan skincare using organic ingredients).

We stand behind every product with a satisfaction guarantee. We specialise in skin care for dry skin, sensitive skin, mature skin, acne and pimples, chemotherapy and radiation therapy patients, eczema, irritated skin, diabetics and people living with lymphoedema.

How we found our purpose

The very favourite product we have created is the Refresh & Renew Night Cream because it was originally a custom creation for a company in Ireland that wanted something other than mineral oil-based products like retinol as they had customers undergoing chemotherapy. We are very humbled by how many people have experienced a better quality of life after using our products.

We have found out that skincare does not have to be complicated to make a big difference to your skin. Nature has done all the hard work. With some care and cleverness, we have combined science with natural ingredients and have been able to create a whole range of clean, simple and natural products that are gaining a cult following.

We improve your skin health as well as you trying to improve your overall health and we do this by feeding your skin what it needs – using ingredients high in antioxidants, vitamins and mineral content like magnesium, along with essential fatty acids. We are also big fans of getting these nutrients in their natural form.

While we cannot fight off ageing, our aim is to slow it right down.

More and more of us are becoming aware of what we eat and avoiding synthetic ingredients. This should apply to your skincare regime. Educating yourself on what goes on your skin every day can be a minefield so we have done the hard work for you. We are working to minimize causes of eczema, premature ageing, fertility problems etc.

When we decided to create Lily Michael, We were never in any doubt that it would be a sustainable beauty brand. We thought it was an opportunity to make a statement and do things differently in skincare & fragrance. We want to do good for the planet

We are sustainable every step of the way, from the ingredients right the way through to the packaging. With ingredients, I care about our suppliers and growers being treated ethically. We know that we can ring any of the suppliers we partner with and ask exactly where an ingredient is from and how it was farmed. They are experts in sustainable raw, natural materials

Ideal Profile

We are looking to attract both wholesalers and the retail trade who can benefit from selling our product range.

To help us target this market we are currently looking for Commission-based Sales Agents to cover most regions nationwide

Ideally, Agents should have good connections in the beauty and pharmacy sectors but above all, we are seeking out Sales Agents who are highly motivated with great selling and communications skills.

We are offering an excellent commission rate of 15% on invoice value. Our products have a premium price point and motivated Agents with a good network in our target market will find an income in excess of £50k per annum easily attainable.

Sales agents should be ambitious driven well spoken with a passion for the field. You will have freedom and flexibility but should maintain a good working relationship to feed back regularly what is happening.

We already have clients that use our products and of course, have been coming to us for years so we have customers to testify

to the successful use of the products
