SOLVi Migration is a boutique Australian migration law firm specialising in permanent residency pathways for internationally trained nurses. We help skilled healthcare professionals, primarily nurses in the UK on temporary skilled worker visas, and experienced nurses in the United States seeking a lifestyle change, navigate Australia’s skilled migration system with legal precision and genuine care.
Our clients are not cold prospects. By the time they speak to our sales team, they have completed a legal assessment with our legal team in Australia, confirmed their eligibility, and expressed a clear intention to act. Our sales professionals are not generating interest from scratch, they are helping people who are already committed to changing their lives take the final step with confidence.
We operate as a fully remote, internationally distributed team and hold ourselves to a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and commercial discipline. We are actively recruiting experienced sales closers and appointment setters.

We offer a premium legal migration service for internationally trained nurses seeking permanent residency in Australia. Our service covers the full migration pathway, skills assessment, visa strategy, assistance with registration with AHPRA (the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), documentation preparation, and legal representation, delivered by a qualified Australian migration law firm.
Our core programme serves nurses currently in the UK on temporary visas and experienced nurses in the United States ready to make Australia their permanent home. This is a high-ticket, single-engagement legal service with deals ranging from £1,000 to £10,000. Clients pay either in full at the point of sale or via a structured payment plan with a deposit at close and the balance collected over three to six months.
The commission structure rewards strong results for closer roles. Commission rates are tiered, meaning the quality of each close directly determines what you earn, with the highest rates reserved for full payment outcomes.
Our sales team operates with a structured playbook, robust qualification process, and consistent pipeline volume. Our closing functions have achieved strong results in a competitive, high-stakes environment. We have learned what works and build that learning into every new hire's onboarding from day one.
Australia actively welcomes internationally trained nurses through permanent residency streams, and the UK has hundreds of thousands of them on temporary visas with limited long-term options. Very few legal firms combine specialist migration law expertise with a digital-first client experience and dedicated sales infrastructure.
Our commission structure rewards closers who close well, not just frequently. Commission rates are tiered according to the quality of each close, meaning the closer who secures full payment earns a materially higher rate than one who closes on an extended payment plan. This creates a genuine incentive to lead with the best outcome for the client and the business.
New starters receive structured onboarding covering migration product knowledge, the SOLVi sales process, CRM training, and call structure. Training includes recorded learning materials, live coaching sessions with sales leadership, and supervised call review. Weekly team sessions provide ongoing coaching and performance support.
All Guidance Call leads are pre-qualified before they reach a closer. Prospects have completed a legal assessment with our Australian legal team, confirmed eligibility, and been prepared by the appointment setting team. Closers also contribute a minimum number of self-generated conversations per month through pipeline outreach, supported with training and guidance.
You receive a structured sales playbook, objection handling frameworks, CRM access, and regular call review and feedback from sales leadership. Marketing and lead generation is managed centrally by the firm. All prospect records are maintained in HubSpot, giving you full visibility of your pipeline, activity, and performance data.
Fully remote role with performance-based pay structure tailored to the right candidate. Work from anywhere while representing a specialist legal practice with a clear competitive advantage.
You will be closing deals with internationally trained nurses, many located in the UK on Skilled Worker Visas, having originally trained in countries including Nigeria, Zimbabwe, India, and the Philippines. We also work with an expanding cohort of experienced nurses based in the United States who are US citizens seeking a lifestyle change and a permanent pathway to Australia.
These nurses typically have three or more years of post-qualification experience and are ready to leave behind the constraints of temporary visa arrangements, NHS burnout, or employer-tied sponsorship. They are often making this decision as a couple, meaning both partners must be engaged throughout the process.
These are not impulsive buyers. They are analytical, research-oriented individuals who need a trusted guide, not a pressure salesperson, to move from consideration to commitment. They are reached through discovery calls and online meetings, as well as through social media outreach.
You are an experienced closer who excels in consultative, high-ticket environments. This role demands empathy, professionalism, and the ability to guide analytical prospects through a life-changing decision. You understand that these are not quick wins, these are substantial commitments that require trust, expertise, and genuine care.
This role suits you because we are the only firm in Australia that specialises exclusively in independent nurse migration. We are also the only firm that, as registered migration lawyers, can manage the full pathway, including AHPRA registration, the essential prerequisite for independent migration. Our clients arrive in Australia with permanent residency, free to work where they choose, live where they want, and build the life they came for.
You are not selling a process. You are selling a life. That distinction matters, and it is why the right sales professional will thrive in this environment while others will struggle.
