Redchurch is an independently owned, SALSA accredited, award winning UK brewery, committed to creating delicious, high quality beers.
Founded in Redchurch Street, Shoreditch, London in 2011, a substantial growth in sales led to a move to Harlow, Essex in 2015.
We have an extensive range of beers, snacks, merchandise and gifts!
Our growth during lockdown with home consumers has been explosive and created huge interest from trade buyers. We are now looking for an agent that can keep up with the pace! Commission will be on all sales both initial and ongoing which gives you the chance to build lasting and profitable relationships.
Product
The identity of our beers pays homage to the brewery’s East London roots.
The unique blend of science and freestyle brewing has made us one of the most well-known craft brewers in the UK.
We have a diverse range of beers to suit every drinker’s taste, plus SO much more!
Target market
Target areas are adjacent to the brewery in Harlow – Herts, Essex and East London postcodes.
Target audience:
Pubs, bars, cafes, delis, restaurants, hotels, Sports clubs, theatres, events/festivals, corporate desk beers, retailers, grocery stores, off licence/bottle shops, online resellers, farm shops, wholesalers.

Benefits
The successful agent will benefit from:
- 10% Commission on all sales.
- Average order value £250-£300, however this could be substantially higher depending on volume.
- A high level of repeat business.
- Support and relevant training on our products to give you the confidence to succeed.
- The ability to add our beers to your portfolio if you are already selling into our target market.

Ideal Sales Agent Profile
The ideal sales agent will possess:
- Positivity and a ‘can do’ approach with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
- At least 5 years’ experience in field sales / direct sales / B2B.
- Relevant experience in licensed on trade, wholesale or retail – preferably in the area of beverages
