We are now expanding our presence across the UK and are looking for motivated, passionate sales agents who want to partner with a forward-thinking brand, where exceptional products and outstanding customer service form the foundation of long-term success.

Deal size ranges from smallest sale of couple of 6x1kg of coffee beans over £100 monthly, to large hotels who spend over £2,000 per month. This is a high recurring revenue product, every new business you bring on board will order monthly, and you will receieve 10% on-going commission whether you take repeat orders or not. You will have access to our ERP systsem to check all orders being placed by your customers, and access to our CRM system for prospect lists for your area and management thereof, and for pipeline management should you choose to use them.

Our commission structure is highly competitive, with a generous 12.5% initial commission and an additional 5% bonus on first orders exceeding £1,000. Realistic earning potential is significant, with no cap—particularly due to our wide product range, attractive recurring commissions, and strong brand appeal.
Recurring commission
We offer an ongoing 10% recurring commission, enabling agents to build a substantial and stable income from repeat orders. Our customer retention rates are excellent due to our high-quality, differentiated coffee range, ensuring consistent long-term income opportunities.

We provide comprehensive initial product knowledge training, detailed sales coaching, and ongoing support.
