Alevere Nutrition Limited, a leader in the health and wellness sector, is seeking enthusiastic telesales agents to help expand our reach.
Specialising in a medically supervised weight loss program called Alevere Transform, we have helped thousands of patients across the UK achieve their weight loss goals.
With a team of 38 dedicated employees, including 6 clinics directly owned by Alevere, we have built a strong reputation over the past 18 years in the weight loss industry.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team.

What You’ll Be Selling
As a telesales agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our flagship service—the Alevere Transform Weight Loss Program. This program includes:
- Medically Supervised Weight Loss: Led by qualified GPs to ensure a safe and effective process.
- High-Protein, Low-Carbohydrate Nutrition: Tailored nutrition plans for each individual.
- Non-Invasive Weight Loss Solutions: No injections, surgeries, or invasive procedures, ensuring natural and safe results.
- Fast Results: Patients typically lose up to 1 stone per month.

We are looking for dedicated and driven sales agents with the following qualities:
- Proven Experience in Sales: Telesales experience or customer service roles, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to confidently present and explain products and services over the phone.
- Goal-Oriented and Resilient: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet targets.
- Proficiency with CRM Systems: Experience with CRM software to manage and track customer interactions.
- Passion for Health and Wellness: An interest in helping others improve their lives through effective weight loss solutions.
