  FORMIQ offers a strong progressive commission structure, with agents able to earn up to 20% commission on suitable high-value projects. Core projects typically start from around £5,500, with larger branding, packaging, website and digital design projects available depending on client needs. Example earning potential: - Approx. £750 commission on a £5,500 project - Approx. £1,650 commission on a £10,000 project - Approx. £3,150 commission on a £20,000 project - Larger projects can create higher commission opportunities Agents can also benefit from recurring commission where clients continue with monthly support.

• Recurring commission

  Yes, agents can build recurring income from clients who continue with FORMIQ after the initial project. Recurring opportunities may include monthly brand support, design asset creation, website support, digital content support and ongoing design retainers. Recurring commission is currently planned at 10% on eligible monthly support packages for the agreed commission period. For example, a £5,000/month support package could generate £500/month in recurring commission from one client.

• Professional training and support

  FORMIQ will provide training to help agents understand our services and present them professionally. This includes guidance on brand strategy, brand identity, packaging design, digital assets, website services, target markets, client benefits and common objections. We will also support agents with sales conversations, service explanations and questions that come up during the selling process.

• Sales and marketing support

  FORMIQ will provide sales and marketing material to help agents present the offer clearly. This may include project PDFs, portfolio examples, service information, brand strategy examples, mood boards, brand guideline examples and access to relevant project process material. Agents will be able to show suitable materials during client calls and meetings so prospects can understand the quality of work, the process and the final deliverables.

• Freedom & flexibility

  This is an independent, commission-based opportunity. Agents are free to manage their own time, outreach and sales activity using the methods that work best for them, including existing contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, email, phone or face-to-face conversations. The focus is on introducing suitable clients and building long-term earning potential through high-value projects and recurring opportunities.
