Salesagents.uk is looking for a remote freelancer to work as a Head-Hunter calling sales agents that are registered with us to discuss our clients’ sales opportunities.
Already working for yourself, you will have a confident telephone manner and great communication skills. Full training and support will be provided and even though self-employed you will have the support of working as part of our successful existing team.
We are looking to start with a minimum of 10 hours work per week, paid on invoice.
You will be working with a business that has been built using the outsourcing model and prides itself on partnering with independent businesses and freelancers wherever possible.
As a Head-Hunter, you will speak with our new clients that are searching for sales agents using our advertising and promotion services. You’ll gain a full understanding of the types of sales agents they want to connect with and their advertised sales agent opportunity. The main task is to phone sales agents on our CRM database, discuss the client’s opportunity, and guide suitable agents to the online advert where they can apply directly to the client.
Updating the CRM, diarising calls, and a weekly meeting to discuss progress are also part of the head-hunter role.
Initially, we are looking for 10 hours a week ongoing with the potential for more hours in line with the rapid growth plans of the business. There may also be other telephone work available such as data cleansing.
Salesagents.uk is the leading UK online portal connecting manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers, with sales agents that will sell their products and services on a commission only basis.
Clients using our Premium package get an array of resources and services including a dedicated Head-Hunter to contact sales agents that meet their requirements.
The company founders believe in supporting freelancers, whether in sales or providing other services, and wherever possible will outsource business functions to independent individuals or SMEs.
The numbers of new clients using our services to find agents, and previous clients returning to find more agents, have grown tremendously in the past 12 months, despite the impact of Covid on businesses. We are expecting even greater growth in the coming 12 months. We are now looking for an experienced person to partner with us and benefit from that success with a constant flow of work.
