Generous upfront rates on glove sales, high-margin returns on kneepads, and no earnings cap. Realistic annual commission earnings of £30k–£60k+ are achievable, with significant upside for agents who secure larger or multi-sector accounts.
Agents continue earning commission on repeat orders from the customers they introduce. The gloves drive frequent reorders, while kneepads provide long-term margin growth.
Initial onboarding includes live product training and hands-on sample kits. Agents receive full sales collateral, compliance documents, product videos, and sector-specific decks. Ongoing support ensures they stay informed and competitive.
We offer exclusivity by region, sector, or both outside the plumbing, builders’ merchant, and DIY channels. Agents can confidently invest in customer relationships without internal channel conflict.
