At FutureTrain we offer flexible and modular workplace training to UK businesses. We’re looking for an experienced sales professional who can demonstrate why our courses tick all the boxes for compulsory health and safety training.

Working face-to-face and over the phone the role involves convincing industry decision-makers why they need our courses.

You’ll be given plenty of help to make sure you’re familiar with our training programmes. You’ll also receive ongoing sales and marketing support to make sure you smash your targets.

We know our agents work hard and we like to make sure that hard work is rewarded. You’ll receive between £450 and £1,500 per sale and a 10% bonus if you can convince clients to re-sign with us when their training packages comes to an end. Agents who consistently exceed their targets will receive a quarterly sales bonus and we also offer an additional 10% bonus cross-selling commission on client product sales.

The Product

Most businesses have mandatory health and safety training courses their staff must undertake in the sector they operate. We’ve ripped up the rule book when it comes to training, taken those compulsory courses and turned them modular to make them memorable, easy-to-learn, interactive, highly practical and engaging.

We want to become a one-stop shop for first aid, fire safety, health and safety and mental health training courses in the UK. Agents will raise awareness of our ever-growing range of courses, the flexible learning methods we use and explain to their contacts the benefits of using our accredited courses to train their staff.



  • Excellent commission terms

    Course sales are based on a credits system for each element of the course. The more credits an agent sells the more commission they’ll make. Commission varies from £450 to £1,500 per sale.

    In-depth training provided. Sales portal for agents to access sales material and software.

    10% sales bonus for agents who exceed quarterly sales target. 10% client retention bonus if client renews.

FutureTrain is looking to expand into the training and human resources departments of small, medium and large businesses, aiming to become the sole supplier of mandatory training for workforces across the United Kingdom.

We are looking to make contact with sales professionals with a strong network of decision-makers for companies in order to make this a reality.

We want to speak with people who are willing to learn the ethos of our company, the products that we are selling and the reasons they will benefit our potential clients

We are specifically looking for Sales Agents that can demonstrate the following:

  • Proven track record as a successful freelance sales consultant.
  • Specialised in a business to business and business to consumer service related industry or market
  • Already selling non-competing products to our target markets
  • Confident with new products and have the ability to demonstrate to potential clients and businesses
  • The drive and will to become part of a team to drive the business forwards and upwards as part of a comprehensive growth strategy
