We are a leading business energy consultancy working with the UK’s Energy Suppliers and are looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic B2B Energy Field Sales & Telesales Executive to join our team and represent our company to introduce our services to businesses UK wide.

As a member of our fast-paced sales team, you will be contacting and speaking with businesses in the UK both over the phone, as well as face to face, to negotiate energy contracts and to ensure our customers do not end up overpaying for their Gas or Electricity.

You will also build relationships whilst growing and managing your own portfolio of customers, as well as providing a one stop service for all support needs.

    Our OTE in Year One is £40,000+ which is uncapped! Our top earners make in excess of this, and you can also expect to increase this year on year as your existing account base grows.

    As you grow your accounts base, you will renew your existing customers to earn repeat commission. The more customers you gain, the more you will have to renew, which means more repeat commission every month ongoing!

    You will also benefit from an initial full comprehensive in-house training programme, followed by ongoing support from our head office in Windsor.

  • Sales leads provided

    You will be provided with qualified leads (telesales), and we will also expect you to be proactive in sourcing your own leads so you have everything you need to meet and exceed your targets!

  • Sales and marketing support

    You will be provided with all the tools you need to succeed.

  • Exclusive sales areas

    For field sales you will have an exclusive territory to operate within.

  • Do you have a passion for driving sales and working to targets?

If you have proven experience working in Energy sales or another field sales or telesales role, you could become a successful Energy Field Sales Executive! If you don’t have previous Energy sales experience, we are more than happy to talk to you if you believe you have the right qualities they are looking for, including passion, honesty and the willingness to learn. You will also require:

  • Target driven and self-motivation to maximise on earnings opportunities whilst also working as part of a team.
  • Professional attitude and presentable, personable appearance at all times for on-site customer visits (for field sales).
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Data input, updating and maintaining an accurate customer database within the company CRM, so attention to detail is necessary.
  • Ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline and account base.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Ability to map out a territory, manage it and plan your diary effectively to meet objectives and targets (for field sales).
  • Full clean driving licence (for field sales)
