If you’ve answered yes to these questions, a Fibre Consultant role may be the perfect opportunity for you.
We are an exciting business that provides Full Fibre Broadband for residential homes and businesses in the West Sussex, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire areas. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about reaching out to customers in their homes so that they can enjoy our fantastic services. The role includes attracting potential customers, customer visits in designated areas with cold calling, presenting the company’s product offerings, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales.

Target market
Residential customers looking for faster, more reliable internet connections. They may be gamers or work from home a lot or looking to future-proof their broadband connection with next generation fibre technology.
Horsham, Crawley, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe and the surrounding areas, plus towns in Surrey and soon in West London and North Oxfordshire. We have recently or will shortly be installing out full fibre network in these areas and require local teams to offer our great new services to these communities.

Ideal Profile
- Full UK drivers licence
- Own transport
- Negotiation, presentation and closing skills
- Ability to build positive and effective relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently reach targets
- Organisation skills with good time management
- Experience in direct sales, ideally in the telecom industry is a bonus, but not essential
The position will be reporting on a regular basis to the Sales Manager.
Salary Expectations
Circa £22k – £25k (depending on experience)
Fuel Allowance
Commission:
40 sales per month – OTE £1200 commission monthly
50 sales per month – OTE £1875 commission monthly
75 sales per month – OTE £3375 commission monthly
100 sales per month – OTE £6000 commission monthly
