Medatech is an ERP provider with over 20 years in business, specializing in manufacturing systems. This is a spin-off venture, in which we are seeking to leverage our existing customer base with a factory discount sales channel. Technically, this will be achieved using an API, to connect community websites directly to factory discounted products that are relevant to their community.

Products
There are 2 products:
- The first product is a ecommerce website, that allows our manufacturers to list their factory discounted products (end-of-line, returns etc).
- The second product is a community website. This is aimed at clubs, associations and community groups. This website will include a “Member Discount” page, listing relevant product from our API.
Both offerings are based on Wix, a leading web content management system that will allow Communities to manage their own internet presence, and manufacturers to manage their list of factory discounts.
The websites include domain registration, emails, SSL certificates, and all set-up, to allow easy maintenance by the community / manufacturer.

- Discounted product vendors, (to compliment our existing user base).
- Communities, clubs, associations, etc
Benefits to vendors – generate qualified sales from interested communities. e.g. Camping gear shown on Scouts website, electronics and avionics on model flying club, etc. Reduced advertising spend.
Benefits to Clubs – Club website, easy to manage, with commission on sales, and click-thru revenue to club e.g. 1% commission and 1p per click thru.
