Booni Box is a UK social enterprise dedicated to supporting independent small businesses and other social enterprises. We source sustainable items and present them as gifts in hampers and boxes for the corporate market. Our gifts range from new starter packs to new parent gifts. We have an extensive network of suppliers and so can welcome ideas from businesses looking to get started with us.
We provide gifts that are plastic free, good for the earth and also give back to local communities. Everything we do is about positive impact and to make recipients feel they are a part of it all.

Benefits
Innovative product / service
Our products are becoming more and more popular considering remote working, ESG goals and ways to reward and engage employees. Our gifts are filled to the brim, our customer service is second to none and the impact we create on the back of our gifts is what enables an 80% customer retention rate.
Excellent commission terms
Average order value is £1,600 before Christmas. During Christmas the AVO is c.£3,000. We're offering 10% on sales generated. Our close rate is currently 20% from meetings.
Freedom & flexibility
You have the freedom to work how you want and from where. We will have some guidelines, do's and don'ts and general brand rules to follow, but aside from that we're keen to hear from experts like yourself on how best to position our sales. There are no hours, just weekly or bi-weekly meetings to catch up and share feedback.
Target market
We’re looking to grow in the UK, our target market is as follows:
- Companies with 50 – 500 employees
- Mainly within tech, advertising, legal and finance firms
- Targeting HRs, EA/PA, MDs, Marketing and CEOs
