We are now looking for sales agents to take personal responsibility for sourcing and developing customers on their sales area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal responsibility for your sales area, developing a hitlist of accounts and using our sales skills to work the territory.
  • Identifying competitors and working within the Ariv Pay team to find solutions to win.
  • Create and update a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute against your targets in terms of revenue / deal closure targets for a portfolio of universities and businesses.
  • Drive the business towards to help you achieve your personal financial targets.
  • Build trust-based, value-added relationships with customers by understanding their evolving priorities.
  • An open coordination with colleagues across the Ariv Pay team.
  • Establish deep and long-lasting personal relationships with key stakeholders at retailers, etailers, and businesses in your local area.
  • Schedule, prepare materials, and run client meetings and calls.

You will have the ability, experience, and knowledge to take full responsibility for the actions to grow sales on your area.

The target market

There is a huge target market of businesses already taking payments by card and integrated payments for sales agents to approach. Plus businesses that will benefit from moving to card payments, especially in the current environment where both staff and customers want to avoid contact.

Potential customers include:

  • Industrial and commercial businesses with high volumes of transactions.
  • Financial Services providers.
  • All types of retailers.

Any business taking payments, online, by telephone, or face to face with their customers, is a prospect.

 

The Ideal Sales Agent Profile

Whilst we are open to applications from agents from all backgrounds, this role may be ideal for someone with experience of the payment and financial services market.

The ideal agents will be used to thriving within a high commission environment.

We believe that selling is as much about charisma as it is professional processes, however a number of things we are looking for include:

  • A self-motivated winner.
  • Financially motivated, driven to deliver profit growth to yourself and Ariv Pay.
  • Passionate about business development and creating long term partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate with shop owners and Ariv Pay executives.
  • Qualifications are not important, the ability to sell is critical.
  • Operate with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Able to generate new leads and close agreements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A team player.

We are offering a substantial commission of 25%-50% of Net Profit on Go Live.
