You will be selling Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) solutions to developers, planning consultants, infrastructure providers and other organisations requiring off-site biodiversity compensation.

We offer highly competitive commission rates within the Biodiversity Net Gain sector of 5% uncapped on all sales. BNG transactions range from a few thousand pounds to several hundred thousand pounds, creating substantial earnings opportunities from individual sales. Realistic potential to generate upwards of £50,000 per year, with six-figure annual earnings achievable for proactive agents with strong industry contacts.
We actively support our agents by supplying targeted contact lists of developers, planning consultants, architects and ecologists. We continually identify potential BNG opportunities and bespoke habitat bank projects, distributed directly through our CRM system to create a consistent pipeline alongside your own business development activities.

You will target organisations requiring Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) solutions to secure planning consent or meet statutory environmental obligations. Coverage includes the East of England for immediate solutions, and the entirety of England for larger bespoke sites and NSIPs.

You are an experienced B2B sales professional, business development consultant or well-connected sales agent with existing relationships within the property development, planning, environmental, infrastructure or utilities sectors.
You are confident identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers and managing longer-term sales opportunities through to completion. Previous experience selling into the development, construction, planning or environmental sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
