We’re looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales Agents for our bespoke wardrobe business.
This is NOT your typical sales role!
Hours: Work when it suits you, perfect for those with a daytime job or family commitments.
Be your own boss: This is a commission-only role, so your earning potential is directly tied to your effort.
We provide the leads: Forget lead generation, we’ll hand you qualified leads ready to transform their homes.
Empowering tools: Get equipped with a designer briefcase containing catalogues, samples, and a laser measuring tool.
Design on the spot: Impress clients with your design skills. Use software to create a 3D visualization right in their home.
Close the deal: Secure deposits and finalize orders, earning a significant commission on each successful sale.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a keen eye for design and an understanding of space optimization.
- Thrives in a commission-based environment and is highly motivated.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Is comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule.
- Has a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed expectations.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with design software.
- Knowledge of furniture construction and materials.
