Our £799 six-week trial package, excluding ad spend, gives clients an opportunity to assess our service before deciding whether to continue with monthly management. We offer targeted Google advertising designed to attract relevant enquiries and potential customers, with a clearly priced initial package.

• Excellent commission terms

  Our commission structure rewards agents both for winning new clients and for building a portfolio that generates ongoing income. Agents receive 50% of the £799 Standard trial price, £399.50 for each trial closed, followed by 20% of the monthly management fee if the client continues after the trial. For example, closing three Standard trials generates £1,198.50 in initial commission. If all three clients continue at £459 per month, they add £275.40 in monthly recurring commission for as long as they remain active and paying. A portfolio of 20 active clients on that fee generates £1,836 per month in recurring commission, alongside commission from any new trials sold. There is no cap on the number of clients an agent can bring in. Recurring commission also remains payable if the agent takes a break or stops actively selling for Vantice, provided their clients remain active and paying. This gives agents the opportunity to build an income stream from previous sales while continuing to earn from new business. The opportunity is fully remote, with no fixed hours or sales quotas.

• Recurring commission

  Agents receive 20% of the monthly management fee for every client they bring in who continues after the trial. On a £459 monthly fee, this is £91.80 per client per month. Ten active clients on that fee would generate £918 in monthly recurring commission. This remains payable while those clients are active and paying, even if the agent takes a break or stops actively selling for Vantice.

• Professional training and support

  We provide training on Google Ads, our service and the six-week trial offer so agents understand what they are selling and can explain it confidently to prospective clients. Agents also receive access to our in-house prospecting and research tools. We’re seeking experienced sales professionals who already have outbound prospecting and closing skills; we do not provide sales training.

• Sales leads provided

  We provide access to an in-house lead finder and research system designed to identify suitable business prospects and gather useful information for personalised outreach. These are prospecting opportunities rather than guaranteed qualified leads or booked appointments. Agents handle outreach, qualification, follow-up and closing, and may also use their own lead sources.

• Hourly payment - Retainer - Upfront commission at the start

  This is a commission-only opportunity, with no retainer, fixed hourly payment or advance commission. Agents earn £399.50 for each £799 trial they close, followed by 20% recurring commission if the client continues after the trial. Agents have complete flexibility over their hours, workload and sales approach.
