The successful candidate will be given a sales target to hit. An agreed, coordinated plan will be drawn up between you and senior management and you will then be empowered to deliver that plan; where you will oversee marketing, activities and expenditure necessary to achieving the agreed commercial results.
The successful candidate will be someone who has an existing network of contacts and customers and consultants who can sell and grow customer bases but will be someone capable to map out their own destiny, being afforded the freedom to manage their diaries, activities, strategies and dynamics to achieve the commercial results.
