Unique service: Commercial Debt Solution & Personal Guarantee Removal. John Smith owns a ltd that is heavily indebted. John Smith's home constitutes a Personal Guarantee for the loans taken when the business was booming, therefore the creditors will take possession once the company defaults. We take over the ltd from John Smith and remove the Personal Guarantee: his house is no more in danger of being repossessed. We charge a consulting fee for solving Commercial Debt & PG: up to 25% of the total value of the debt. Payment can be made to us in installments, spread over a maximum of Three years.
Excellent commission terms
Between 5% and 25% commission of the consulting fee charged by us.
