At Toy2 we sell Track Connectors that enables kindergartens, preschools and families to connect the toys they already have in new and creative ways.
We are located in Denmark and have quickly grown over the last 4 years and now sell our product in most EU countries and in USA.
Though we are live with our products in UK through Amazon we have not had the bandwidth to focus properly on getting a good foothold in UK or Ireland.
We have huge ambitions as we own the market and are scaling up production to expand.

We sell Track Connectors that connect wooden tracks from BRIO and similar with DUPLO bricks and similar.
We are the only ones in UK that sells Track Connectors (for wooden tracks and duplo bricks) that use injection molding. There are some lower quality 3D printed ones, but not at our possible price point, quality and different items.
The earning potential for our market niche is up to 5% of children between age 2 and 7 as well as all kindergartens and preschools in UK and Ireland. This translates to a market size of 3 mio children in the target group per year. If we reach the target of 5% that translates to 3 mio GBP per year in revenue. On top of that comes Kindergartens and preschools + new products on the way. (= higher lifetime value of customers) We believe in our goals and our need to take this market niche, so we are also willing to share commission of the revenue around 15%.
We have previously worked with a decreasing commission so you will start with high commission and over the years land on a recurring income from previously landed customers.
Depending on the type of sale we are very willing to share a big cut of the first order from a new customer. We would like to talk through this with the individual candidate as the targets they may have in mind can influence this. E.g. is selling to kindergartens and similar strategically very important for us, so a bigger commission or first sale bonus would be possible for that.
We will support you with online marketing (to create success for customers), we have many good videos and pictures, as well as a directory of material for customers. We will also provide samples that can be used - and will also be willing to listen to any good suggestions for any way we can help in different ways to make the collaboration a success.
For the right person we are willing to offer exclusivity to sales areas - under the condition that certain targets need to be met within the first year or two.
The position comes with a lot of freedom and flexibility. It is up to the sales agent how fast they want the UK market to grow and their commission with it.
We are selling to a lot of kindergarten and school suppliers in EU as well as many webshops.
Our product sells best online, but also in smaller toy stores.
We are exploring both selling through distributors, but untill that is in place we also look to sell to UK based webshops and UK based physical stores or chains.
