The Role

You’ll be the trusted advisor for one of the UK’s leading garden designers, a company who works with celebrities and other high profile figures. Your responsibility will be to guide homeowners through one of the most exciting decisions they’ll make – transforming their outdoor space into a showpiece.

From garden rooms to outdoor kitchens, entertaining areas to swimming pools – this isn’t mowing lawns and moving pots. This is premium design and build.

Clients come to us ready to buy. You’ll be the calm authority in a moment that matters.

• You take the Zoom call
• Build rapport and vision
• Position the value
• Handle objections with grace
• Help the client pay for the design

We’re not looking for a hard closer we’re looking for a trusted advisor.  

If you’ve done this before, and your confidence comes from experience, this is for you because we want someone who:

• Has sold high-value services directly to homeowners (B2C)
• Lives for that “yes” but respects the “no”
• Takes admin seriously – because you know details win deals
• Can navigate conversations that involve big budgets, big dreams, and high expectations
• Has integrity so deep that you sacrifice a sale for it

What You’ll Get

• Commission-heavy reward structure – You should expect to convert 30% or more of the calls that are booked
• Flexible working – Calls happen during evenings and weekends (Mon–Fri 9am–8pm, Sat–Sun 9am–5pm)
