We specialise in offering high ticket coaching plans tailored to the unique needs of C-suite executives and directors across various industries. Our mission is to empower leaders to unlock their full potential and achieve unprecedented success. We are seeking a Sales Consultant with a proven track record in selling high ticket coaching services to join our team.

Products

As a Sales Consultant at NG Coaching, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing our high-value coaching services with Director and C-suite level executives on our various coaching programs. These are programs delivered either remotely or in-person depending on the client wish and spend.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target CEO’s and Director level executives as potential clients, with a focus on the UK and USA markets. Expand into other territories as opportunities arise.
  2. Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments and customise coaching service solutions to match the specific requirements and goals of each client.
  3. Presentation and Pitching: Create compelling presentations and pitches to effectively communicate the value of our high ticket coaching services.
  4. Closing Deals: Leverage your sales expertise to close high-value deals with Director and C-suite level executives, bringing experience of selling and closing to director level.
  5. Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive advantage in the market.
  7. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections.

Ideal Profile

  1. Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in selling high ticket coaching services or similar high-value B2B services, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, including experience selling coaching services.
  2. Executive-Level Selling: Proven ability to engage and close deals with Director and C-suite level executives.
  3. Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently and on a commission-only basis with a high degree of self-discipline and motivation.
  4. Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive and influential presentations.
  5. Results-Oriented: Strong desire to succeed and exceed targets with a hunger for uncapped earning potential.
  6. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the business, including potential expansion into new markets.
