We are a Sales Agency, operating on behalf of our clients at exhibitions, events and other locations Nationwide (predominantly Greater London & Birmingham).
We are looking for excellent sales people to grow our existing team. We attend up to 8 events per week on behalf of our six clients which are all industry leading companies.
Our main clients are Food subscription companies. Both for people and pets. They are soft subscription companies, which means that customers have the flexibility of managing their accounts however they wish.
We have managed to run this business successfully for the past 5 years. Establishing a long lasting relationship with our main client, who we are solely responsible for their face to face sales nationwide. We also have a longstanding relationship with our staff, a lot of which have been with us since we started 5 years ago.
Our clients are all industry leading innovative services.
Each client has slightly different commission structures but all are very competitive. This job really does reward those who work hard and are good at sales. We also provide coaching and assistance to those who show promise but may not have direct experience.
We have retention linked commission structures for some of our clients. So for those who try the service and continue to use it, you will see your commission level grow.
We offer product training and sales coaching. We also have refresher seminars for those that want to refine their sales skills.
All campaigns pay commission on first sale.
£12.50 basic minimum wage per hour. This can go up to £14 per hour if you are required to have more responsibilities.
We have weekly work. You will start as a sales consultant, which is based on a freelance basis. Meaning you can work as and when you want, as often or as seldom as you like. However, we are predominantly looking for staff willing to work more regularly. We also offer employee positions once you have proved yourself.
We mostly sell to customers attending ticketed events and exhibitions. We sometimes run sales campaigns in gyms, service stations, transport hubs and shopping centres. Our target customers are often professionals with limited time on their hands and a willingness to add variety and convenience to their lifestyle.

We are looking for good communicators with sales experience, that work well within a team. We offer a competitive basic hourly rate of £12.50 per hour, shifts range from 6 – 10 hours.
