Location: Near Trafford Centre, Manchester.
Salary: Year 1, £35-40,000. Year 2, earnings of £85,000+ for the correct candidate.

Who are we?

We are Just Pizza & Pasta, an established brand on the Isle of Man with huge plans for UK expansion, known for our delicious fresh, authentic Italian Pizzas & Pastas, exceptional service, and strong community presence, we’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who sees this role as the stepping stone to becoming a Franchisee.

The Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you will:
• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain our enhance customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Drive sales, use our processes, and manage budgets.
• Build a culture of excellence and accountability.

The Opportunity

We don’t just want a manager – we want a future business partner!
• After 12 months you’ll have the opportunity to at least double your earnings by transitioning to run this location as a franchisee.
• Full training and support will be provided to prepare you for your franchise ownership.
• You’ll gain hands-on experience managing the business while learning the ins and outs of our franchise strategy.

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• A results-driven individual with strong business acumen.
• Exceptional communication and team-building skills.
• Passion for the food industry and customer service.
