Your Market: Property Investors & Holiday Home and Second-Home Owners
You’ll be targeting individuals and investors who own second properties or holiday homes across the UK – people seeking a hands-free yet profitable management solution.
These clients are often time-poor but results-focused, and they’re looking for exactly what Host & Stay delivers: higher returns, lower fees, and an elevated guest experience.
Fees:
The following fees will be payable to you by the Client on successful go-live of a holiday homeowner and are applicable for a 12 month period.

| 2 Bedroom | £500 |
| 3 Bedroom | £750 |
| 4 Bedroom | £1,250 |
| 5 Bedroom | £1,500 |
Additional fees will be payable as follows:
- Attending a sales visit (evidence on appropriate CRM) – the Client will pay you a flat rate of £35.
- Conference Attendance (or similar) – the Client will pay you a day rate of £150.
Ideal Profile
We’re looking for motivated, self-employed professionals or SME owners with a solid background in sales or property, ideally both.
If you have experience in lead generation, strong local knowledge, and the ability to build and convert a pipeline of prospects, this role is designed for you.
Success here requires tenacity, outstanding communication, and the confidence to represent a fast-growing national brand.

- Knowledge of property markets or experience in holiday lets is a plus
