The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling job ads in our search engine.
Utilize existing candidate sourcing for larger corporations to facilitate easier sales pitches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
Familiarity with the recruitment or job advertising industry is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary with commission-based earnings.
Sales agents or teams can earn monthly between $8,000 and $40,000, depending on performance.
Additional bonuses and incentives for exceeding KPIs.
