Laboratoires Monteceuticals houses a team of avant-garde skin experts dedicated to advancing dermocosmetic science. Our research and development are steered by innovation and excellence as we aspire to revolutionise skincare by creating state of the art formulas with curated ingredients and cutting edge technology.
Our multidisciplinary team of scientists, dermatologists and biochemists pursue efficacy in addressing complex needs of every skin type. As an independent company, we curate and partner with our alliance and distribute their highly-effective skincare products, and formulate and manufacture our own products that are of extraordinary standards for niche demand.
We collaborate with our partner laboratories in improving existing formulas and distribute in selected markets. We also provide cosmetic consulting and skincare development services to dermatologists and cosmetic doctors. Using distinctive MonteCellTEC™ methodology in curating and developing our skincare products, we bring the prowess of phyto-placenta and phyto-complex to life.
We are on the hunt for dynamic sales agents and have two options available for the right candidates:
- Help us with the entire sales process from start to finish, sourcing leads through to close and get the highest level of commission we offer.
- Provide us with warm, qualified leads that we can convert and we will look after the remainder of the sales process. Naturally less commission than option one, but still very generous for lead generation services!

Collaborating with Swissforce Pharma (Swissforce®), our partner laboratory in Switzerland, we are the exclusive distributor of all brands and products manufactured by Swissforce® for the UK and Ireland. Swissforce® skincare has 9 SKUs which addresses wrinkles, redness, hyperpigmentation and thread veins conditions. Swissflex® is a vegan sports care brand aiming at relieving muscle ache and joint pain.
Laboratoires Monteceuticals is launching a Swiss made vegan sports care and 2 natural skin care brands this year and is planning to unveil its signature anti-aging and anti-blemish lines in the second quarter of 2022.
Target market
We aim to place our products in all cosmetic clinics, beauty salons, sports clinics including physiotherapy centres, pharmacies, retails, medical centres including NHS hospitals (for selected products), online shops and sports clubs.
The RRP of Swissforce® and Swissflex® is between £19.90 and £49.90. Swissforce® targets at customers with skin conditions such as redness due to rosacea, hyperpigmentation due to skin ageing and sun damage and thread veins. Swissflex® provides solutions for athletes and customers having joint pain and muscle ache.

Commission model:
i) 15% commission for new sales
ii) 8% – 10% commission for recurring sales
iii) 5% commission on leads
