Do you come from a POC/Diagnostic/Medical or scientific Sales background, or have experience influencing B2B Key Decision makers working within the Medical/Retail/Private Healthcare sectors ?

Lab Solutions is a highly specialised and well-established company supplying a range of high quality diagnostic tests and analysers. Specifically in emerging UK markets for CTDA approved, COVID-19 Lateral Flow Devices.

We’re looking for a sales agent with strong scientific and technical capabilities who can communicate key benefits to clients across a wide range of these sectors.

Ideally, you’ll be an enthusiastic and determined self-starter with a degree in the science, medical or engineering, combined with 5+ years first-class direct sales experience and a proven track record in Diagnostic sales. With your scientific background you’ll be comfortable talking to key stakeholders about highly specialised equipment and processes to offer clients vital insights.

You’ll need a strong degree of autonomy and the ability to work independently but will receive the full support of a well-established and respected company to maximise sales and increase our market share. A thorough understanding of the products is essential as well as the ability to liaise with clients throughout the entire sales process.

  • Confident seeing the sales process through from start to finish as well as explaining key benefits and specialised features to build relationships and maximise sales
  • A well-rounded understanding of the products and their benefits
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • IT literate – a good understanding of word, excel, the internet and able to upload key sales data to our database
  • Confident and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
