Kanda provides an exciting opportunity for sales agents with experience in the consumer finance and those with strong established networks in the construction and home improvement markets. We are searching for driven, dedicated and results-oriented sales agents to increase customer acquisition for our industry-leading consumer finance service to a broad range of home improvement sectors and companies.

Kanda is an established platform that allows trade businesses to offer their customers flexible point-of-sale finance options on home improvements, allowing them to spread the cost over various terms that suit their needs. The ability to break up big purchase decisions into monthly instalments within the current economic climate is appealing to a broad range of clients looking to offer finance without full FCA accreditation and the compliance this entails.

  • Successful track record with agents or sales people

    Our existing sales team have seen great success and strong results from selling Kanda's services. Based on existing performance we would expect strong-performing sales agents to close 5-6 deals per week - providing a monthly commission of £5000 - £6000.

  • Excellent commission terms

    With Kanda, sales agents will receive a flat rate of £250 for every closed deal.

  • Sales leads provided

    Kanda has a comprehensive list of previous sign-ups that we can share with the sales agent as well as an extensive database of well-fitted companies that meet our customer profile.

  • Sales and marketing support

    We have an extensive range of marketing and sales resources from email templates to PDF explainers. Our commercial lead will onboard you to the business so that you are armed with the relevant information and content that you need to sell. We will also work with you to build custom content if required.

  • Be a highly-motivated and self-sufficient individual
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and able to sell over the phone, virtually and in person
  • Be organised and able to manage their own pipeline
  • Have the ability to develop relationships and close at the director level
  • Ideally bring existing knowledge/contacts from past experience
