FASTSIGNS Tunbridge Wells – Commission Structure for Sales Agents 🔹 Base Commission: 20% commission on the total sales value for new clients. 10% commission on repeat orders from existing clients. 🔹 Bonus Incentives: £250 bonus for reaching £5,000 in monthly sales. £500 bonus for reaching £10,000 in monthly sales. Additional 5% commission on total sales if monthly sales exceed £15,000. 🔹 Recurring Commissions: If a client places multiple orders within 12 months of the first sale, the agent earns a 10% commission on those sales (instead of just a one-time commission). 🔹 High-Value Deal Incentives: Deals over £20,000 earn a 25% commission on the total sales amount. 🔹 Payment Terms: Commissions are paid within 7-14 days after the client has made full payment.
Recurring commission
🔹 Recurring Commissions: If a client places multiple orders within 12 months of the first sale, the agent earns a 10% commission on those sales (instead of just a one-time commission).
