We’re looking for an ambitious sales professional who can identify and engage with potential clients in the franchise development market, focusing on a targeted list of franchise brands.
With your existing experience and digital know-how, you’ll build strong client relationships and provide them with tailored solutions. In return, you’ll receive a generous 25% commission on every initial sale you make and recurring commission of 10% on all monthly services they sign up to.
For an experienced agent with a go-getting attitude, you can quickly reach monthly commission of around £5,000 in under six months with conservative sales targets.

The Product
Solucru provides 360-degree digital marketing services for franchise businesses. They also offer a pay-per-lead service for franchise development leads – using AI, we can connect candidates to the right franchise opportunity based on qualifying criteria.
Sales agents will be responsible for promoting our range of digital services such as content strategy, digital ads management and SEO to potential clients as well as our innovative sales lead service. Generally, there are three main things they will promote, which will enable them to build up a significant monthly commission within months:
- Full-service franchise development marketing– 6-12 months agreements with monthly cost between £500-£3,000 per month
- Full-service franchise local marketing retainers – 3-12 month agreements with monthly cost between £150-£300
- Pay-per-lead franchise development programme – franchises buy buckets of leads generated by our team.

The Target Market
Agents will target franchise development directors and those operating in a similar role as well as C-suite positions within the franchise system. Alternatively, agents will target individual franchisees which may lead to further opportunities down the line.
