Hi, my name is Ian Stokoe, the Operations Manager for Fusion Power Solutions. I work alongside Ben Fearon who is the founder and Managing Director of the business.
We help clients to reduce both their future energy costs and carbon emissions through a variety of solutions.Working with all of the large UK suppliers we can offer :
- Gas and Electricity renewal contracts.
- Renewable technologies – Solar PV, EV charging, LED lighting, Biomass/CHP systems, energy monitoring, Voltage optimisation plus more.
- Solar PV is offered free of charge, fully funded.
- A variety of finance options.
We work both directly with suppliers and have a successful operating partner and referral scheme.
Our aim is to provide a great customer experience at every touchpoint, delivering great customer outcomes that are both transparent and hassle free.

We work with a number of successful partners under our brand name of Fusion Power Solutions. We provide the necessary help and support ensuring they have the necessary tools to carry out their work and to maximise opportunities.

Solar PV installation with a variety of funding options available, including R&D Claims, providing the business with a quick large cash injection into the business.
Excellent commission terms
Average value per sale is £20k. All income is split 50/50 with the partner/introducer and is paid as per supplier payment terms. Excellent supplier relationships established over the previous few years.
Recurring commission
Any renewal income will also be paid out on a 50/50 basis with the partner/introducer.
Professional training and support offered
We offer full training and support, and are on hand 24/7 for any help that you may need.
Sales and marketing support
All relevant sales and marketing support will be provided to you.
Freedom & flexibility
You are free to work as you please. You can work remotely from home calling potential customers or if the opportunity arises then face to face is also fine. You can work as many hours as you require to suit your busy lifestyle.
Target market
We work with any commercial business, in any market that may benefit from reduced gas and electricity costs as well as solar installation.
Ideal Profile
The Job
Generating good quality leads across a broad range of commercial businesses of any size.
The right person
- Resilient and can bounce back quickly after rejection.
- Positive and professional with a “can do” attitude.
- Great verbal communicator.
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Advocate for the delivery of great customer outcomes.
- Can work both as part of a small team as well as under own initiative.
- Self-starter.
- Previous experience in lead generation or similar is preferred.
- The ability to generate own leads / workload.
- Previous experience of being successful in B2B sales.
