My name is Ben Fearon and I’m the founder and Managing Director of Fusion Power Solutions Ltd.
I help businesses reduce their future energy costs and carbon emissions through a variety of solutions:-
I work directly with clients and I also have a successful operating partner/referral scheme, offering full support and training where required for the partners.
All referral commission is split 50/50 and paid as per the suppliers terms.

I work with a number of succesful partners, most of my partners make £100k+ per year, with help and support by me, ensuring they have the neccessary tools to carry out their work and obtain results.
Solar PV installation with a variety of funding options available, including R&D Claims, providing the business with a quick large cash injection into the business.
Average slave value per sale £20k, £10k to you the partner/introducer. All commissions are split 50%, and are paid as per supplier payment terms. I have excellent supplier relationships which I have established over time.
Any renewals will also be paid out in commissions to the partner.
I offer full training and support, and I'm on hand 24/7 for any help that you may need.
Sales and marketing support will be provided through emails, Decks etc.
You are free to work as you please, you can work remotely from home calling customers over the phone, networking, you can go out face to face, working as many hours as you require to suit your busy lifestyle.
I work with all sizes of businesses from SME to corporate.
Manufacturing are my ideal clients, as they tend to use alot of power and have a big annual energy spend which they need thelp in reducing their costs, ideally through solar.
Carehomes, Hotels Leisure Centres, Holiday Parks, Engineering, Plastic Injection Moulding, Football/Sporting Stadiums, Independent Academy Trusts.
I am looking for sales people who are resilient, persistant, and are keen to make a lot of money. (£100k + per year)
You need to be professional, persistant, well mannered, with a great attention to detail.
My ideal partners will have an existing network of potential clients, or be prepared to cold call over the phone or face to face.
