Services and Pricing:

• Facebook and Instagram Ads: €600 per month
• High-Level Marketing: €100 per month
• Website Creation: €800 one-time (30% commission if sold on its own)

We offer flexible pricing based on client requirements, such as discounted rates for long-term contracts or scaled pricing for larger projects.

How much is this position paying? :

First 3 Months:

• Retainer: €300 per month
• Commission:
  • Sales ≤ €600: 30%
  • Sales €600-€800: 40%
  • Sales > €800: 50%
• Bonus: €300 for every 4 sales made in this period

4th Month Onwards:

• No Retainer
• Commission:
  • Sales ≤ €600: 40%
  • Sales €600-€800: 50%
  • Sales > €800: 60%
• Long-Term Deals: +10% commission for contracts longer than 7 months
• Bonus:
  • €300 for 4 sales in a month
  • €500 for 6 sales in a month

Responsibilities:

• Sell our services to businesses, tailoring offers to fit client needs.
• Handle inbound leads, with occasional cold outreach and email marketing.
• Maintain availability from 10am – 2pm, 5 days a week, and account for each hour.
• Engage in 1-2 weeks of training on our sales process and services.
• Close deals on a minimum contract of 4 months.
