Under the SteakStones brand, the company designs, manufactures, and sells an extensive range of Hot Stone Cooking products and accessories to restaurants worldwide. These products enhance speed of service, reduce operating costs, and deliver an unforgettable sensory experience for guests – resulting in increased customer retention and acquisition.

Clients include major industry names such as Steak & Company, Carnival Cruise Lines, Tomahawk Steakhouse, Mugshot Restaurants, and The Grumpy Mole Group.

We are now seeking an entrepreneurial International Sales Manager to drive commercial sales and expand our presence across international hospitality markets.

The packages are tailored for both single-site operators and large multi-venue businesses, offering flexibility and commercial appeal.

Your focus will be:

  • Independent pubs and pub groups
  • Steak restaurants and steakhouses
  • Cruise lines, hotels, and hospitality chains
  • Potential distribution partners across key regions (UK, US, Europe, Australia, Middle East)

Ideal Profile

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ B2B international sales experience, ideally within the hospitality sector
  • Strong planning and execution capabilities
  • Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and close deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

Preferred Background

  • Deep understanding of hospitality operations
  • Experience attending trade shows and networking events
  • Familiarity with international restaurant markets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline targeting steak-focused venues and multi-site operators
  • Identify and establish new distributor partnerships in key global markets
  • Attend trade shows and hospitality events to promote the concept
  • Drive customer retention through strong follow-up and engagement
  • Generate detailed sales reports and provide market feedback to refine strategy

This is a remote, UK-based role with regular video meetings and occasional travel based on partnership needs.
