Dream Agility, a global, award-winning tech company and Google Premier Partner, provides paid search/digital advertising services to businesses around the world. We deliver unparalleled results with our clients enjoying exponential growth and we want you to tell your trusted contacts about us.

We  are now looking for sales partners already selling to contacts that have B2B, B2C or D2C  services or products and have the ear of decision-makers. Our services will make a great addition to your sales offers to your contacts. We don’t want you to contact everyone, we want you to get in touch with those who you think qualify to benefit from our services.

You’ll promote our services to businesses in the UK, USA and Australia, using our case studies to highlight exactly how we can transform their digital advertising strategy.

The role is fully remote with the flexibility to set your own hours and numbers of calls. There are generous commission rates – 20% of the deal value for 12 months paid monthly once we’ve received payment from the client. The minimum deal value we are looking for is £48,000+ or companies with a minimum  turnover of £10+ million.

We don’t expect you to hit any sales targets, what we do want are sales partners who can provide us with great quality leads. Ultimately, we want quality over quantity.

We’re not providing a full time sales role, nor leads for follow up, nor are we looking for a lead gen service from an agency. We’re looking for people who have a trusted network, who are unhappy with their Google Bills, or results, that they can leverage  for a pre-qualified  introduction to our services, we’ll do the rest from there.

The Product

Increasing numbers of businesses are unhappy with their Google ads spend and the low returns they’re getting. Or are bringing their Google accounts inhouse to be managed. Your role will involve promoting the key benefits to your trusted contacts, and showing how we can save them money as well as increase their sales substantially. You’ll explain how our client case studies have achieved unparalleled results in their sectors and describe how they get a free audit as part of the process, so they see results instantly rather than months down the line.

We work with both e-commerce and Lead Generation clients, from most sectors.

New **For E-commerce we offer a full managed service with Tech thats not available elsewhere, that’s how we can get superior results in a very short period of time. There’s virtually no tools to optimise  PMax, but we’ve built a suit of them, we run them at their most powerful settings to get the most of the AI (we have an inhouse teams version which is not as powerful as its automated and runs at a level that can be unsupervised)

New** we now offer a solution for inhouse teams to optimise PMax. As marketing teams reduce budget and there’s virtually nothing you can do to optimise PMax, why pay an agency? Our PMax Co-pilot is an automated , easy integration AI solution, especially designed for inhouse teams.

Our Lead Generation service tracks from click to sale and uses the sales value to optimise for future sales. The tech is a double edge sword because once you have the conversion data at the correct ROI/ ROAS you know what’s not working too – which is a far bigger data set, 97% of what you spend on Google doesn’t convert  at all or converts below target. Unlike everyone else we optimise this data too, giving you a better ROI, the ability to aggressively out bid your competitors and make it.   • Excellent commission terms

    Agents will earn 20% (ex VAT) on the first 12 months of every deal introduced. Commission are paid monthly once the client has paid their invoice. On Managed services on e-commerce or Lead Gen are 12 month contracts, we charge a minimum fee or 10% of Ad spend per month, whichever is the greater ( so fees vary from month to month but are never less than the minimum monthly fee). We invoice on the client on the 1st of the month for payment on the 14th, so payment to you is prompt. On an average £50k per month spend we'd charge a £5k min fee or 10% of spend, so you'd get paid 20% of that, i.e. £1000 per month Our tools for inhouse teams are a fixed fee (based on the bumber of API calls we have to make) and have a minimum 3 month terms followed by a rolling monthly contract (the tech is very sticky so if you come off the tech you lose the changes we've made, our improved performance and results go back to what they were, we've not had a contract terminate yet). If you helped sell a tools for inhouse teams contract and the fee was £2000pm you would receive 20% of that per month i.e. £400pm

  • Recurring commission

    All our commissions are paid on recurring revenues for upto 12 months.

  • Sales and marketing support

    We have case studies and offer a free audit service for anyone you introduce to ensure the service is right for them and there are good uplifts to be achieved.

  • Freedom & flexibility

    There is no pressure to provide a regular supply of contacts, only qualified ones where the agent they feels it's a good fit.

The Target Market

Agents will target businesses who advertise on Google, Bing etc.  Businesses can be any size but typically they’ll be spending at least £10,000 a month on Google Ads with a high value product/service or up to £1 million per month with products at any price.  We have clients in pharma, beauty, fashion, electronics, furniture, software, professional services, equipment &  machinery, sporting equipment, etc.  We’re looking for clients who want a managed service or tools for their in-house teams.

The ideal candidate

We’re looking for a candidate who is:

  • A people person who can engage with others and persuade them of the benefits without giving them the hard sell – the results sell themselves and our free audit backs that up.
  • Can proactively approach  their network of contacts, specifically the decision-makers in a business
  • Experienced in telesales and online sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Can pre-qualify their contacts against our target market criteria.
