Pasante Healthcare is part of the Karex Group of companies, Karex is the world’s largest manufacturer of condoms and distributes high-quality medical device products around the world.
They invested in a new purpose-built nitrile glove manufacturing facility and manufacture nitrile gloves for distribution under the brand ‘Trustex’ as well as private label/contract manufacture for other nitrile gloves brands.

Beginning it's life as the UKs first ever condom store in 1992, the Pasante brand was fully established by 2000 with the family-owned business exporting to over 45 countries. Over the subsequent years, Pasante Healthcare Limited (PHL) continued to expand and new brands were incorporated into the group such as Insti, Sebamed®, Medicheck and Trustex. In 2016, PHL was acquired by Karex Berhad with the intention of expanding PHL’s brands, and to increase growth in the public health sector as well as further expansion across Europe and the Middle East.
The commission is 'excellent' as it is clear and open, we suggest working on % margin share. This way there is absolute clarity on commission available for all deal sizes.
We provide training on the gloves range as well as full insight into the manufacturing process and the accreditation required to manufacture and distribute nitrile gloves.
We will supply marketing assets, slide decks, videos and a dedicated product website.
Work anywhere in the UK. Success is not measured in business but simply deals won and orders shipped.
Our target market consists of B2B and B2c clients. They may well have a specific focus on disposable gloves, and also a wider range PPE.

We are looking for honest, and driven individuals who can quickly take advantage of this opportunity. Agents with contacts within the FMCG/Distributor markets would be advantageous.
With an understanding of the specific pricing strategies and commodity nature of nitrile gloves, orders are likely to be high value (ie containers of gloves at a time). We would also welcome individuals that want to achieve smaller but more frequent sales, possibly into a network of distributors.
